EVENT PRICING

We do not cater!
The Yellow House allows you to choose

your own caterer or do-it-yourself food options.
So you can pick the best of the best, and that may be you!

The House works best for cocktail parties and mingling.
In temperate weather, we've easily accomodated 80 people,
when tables for food and refreshments can be set up on the deck.
Make use of all the living spaces, the deck with its lovely gazebo, and the front porch.
Doors can be left open for guests to move freely and enjoy all the house has to offer.
Hosts or catering staff have direct access to the deck or the house
through the kitchen, which can be kept separate from guests.

Parties greater than this may need to spill out onto the lawn,

or even use a large party tent for on the upper lawn for even bigger affairs.
There are several wonderful options for a lawn party,
and with our large lot (I've counted fifty cars) as well as a public lot across the street,

there is ample off-street parking.

As with all venues, some work better for certain events than others,

and we encourage anyone considering an event or party to

please call for a no pressure tour to see if The Yellow House is right for you.

Here are some of our ideas, please call to discuss yours:

Sunday Afternoon Events
Held between 12 noon and 5PM
Sunday afternoon events can be offered between standard weekly rentals.

Option #1:  Up to 80 Guests use the first floor only, porches, deck, parking.   $150.00

Option #2: Grounds Only, for large events: $175.
                    Tent may be set up on Friday or Saturday.
                  Party will need to rent executive restroom,
                   Water and electricity provided by Yellow House.

Option #3: Option #2, plus additional use on Sunday
                    of the first floor by event management, caterers and bridal party only:
                   add $75 (total $250).

Weekend House Party with Lodging

Option #1: Friday and Saturday, with guests sleeping over,
lodging rates apply ($235/night), two-night minimum.

Option #2: Weekend House Party with use of Grounds, for large affairs (eg,Weddings where family stays in house, and wedding and/or reception on lawn with tents,etc.):
Lodging rates apply (standard two night minimum,) plus $85.

House Only, January 2nd to March 1st:

One day/night only, use of house for event (50 persons or less) and/or lodging: $235.

All prices subject to 7% tax and $85 cleaning fee.
