The Yellow House Landrum, unless specified otherwise under Event Pricing, is rented like a beach house or a ski villa.
Lodging prices are for the whole house, not per room!
By the Night:
$235 per night, two night minimum
By the Week: $1300/week
Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday, but other arrangements can be made depending on availability.
PAYMENT POLICY Deposit: By VISA or MASTERCARD, One-half of the reservation is required at time of booking, remaining half of reservation is required at time of check-in. Cash is accepted, but a credit card must be on file for damages. We do not accept checks.
The deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made fourteen days prior to reservation, with a $25 cancellation fee.
All prices subject to 7% tax and cleaning fee - $80 for weekend, $150 for week
