Sometimes visitors come to our area needing a place to stay for a little more time than a week. As a result of inquiries regarding longer term rental, we have devised the following schedule:
First week, $1300.00 Daily rate from day 8 thru 14, $170/day.
Two weeks stay, $2500.00 Daily rate from day 15 thru 21, $165/day.
Three weeks stay, $3400.00 Daily rate from day 22 thru 28, $155/day.
Four weeks stay, $4000.00
Stays beyond 4 weeks will be calculated at $150/day.
Weekly cleaning and linen change fee of $150 applies.
Even if only four to six guests share the house, that's a great deal for a lovely house central to everything!
