We provide all linens, blankets, towels, washclothes, little soaps and shower gel. There are two hair dryers, one in each full bath. We provide 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bath, and a box of facial tissue in each room.
You will need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and other hair care products.
The kitchen is fully equipped: full refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, waffle iron, blender, dish washer, pots and pans, dishes and glasses. We provide detergent and the first paper towel roll, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, sugar and sweetener. You bring your food and drink.
There is a washer and dryer, and we provide the High Efficiency detergent and dryer softener. An ironing board and iron are kept in one of the bedroom closets.
THE SLEEPING AREAS The house sleeps nine in 4 rooms with a sink in every room. Upstairs is a full bath with separate shower and tub, and "water closet", Plus a powder room off the hallway. Downstairs is a full bath with shower, handicap accessible.
The second floor has three bedrooms: the large room with a queen, twin and walk-in closet/dressing room; the front room with a queen bed and antique vanity; the back room with a double bed and hand painted sink.
The first-floor den with it's cushy double sleeper-sofa Scottish armoire and fireplace, serves as a forth bedroom.
There is a full bath on each floor, an addtional powder room upstairs, and a sink in every room.
Even with a full house, you never feel crowded.
The largest room has two beds - one queen-size bed
and one twin-size bed.
This room is ideal for a couple with a small child, three children or three good friends "dorming" it with others for the weekend!
Completing the picture is a pedestal sink and a walk-in closet that doubles as a dressing room.

The front bedroom with its rose motif, has a queen-sized bed, a large closet, and an antique mahogany bureau with a drop-in sink.
The third upstairs bedroom has a double bed a three drawer bombay chest, chair and a lovely hand-painted sink.
The iron and ironing board are kept in this room's large double closet.
Grande Bath with Antique tub and multi-jet shower
The Grande Bath, located at the end of the upstairs hall, is decorated with the tropics in mind!
It has a red antique claw-foot soaking tub topped with mosquito netting hung on bamboo.
There is a separate "typhoon shower" with multiple shower heads, a vanity with black marble sink, and a separate "water closet".
We often hear "I LOVE that shower!"
In the upstairs hallway is an additional half-bath, and a cubby with a small refrigerator to keep refreshments close by.
And finally, the den on the first floor is furnished with versatility in mind.
It features an over-stuffed Lazy-boy Sofa that opens into a double bed. Firm support and a cushy mattress topper make this more comfy than most!
Completing this room are an antique Scottish armoire, an oak craftsman marble top vanity, a lovely ceiling fan and the original craftsman fireplace with scented candles.
A full bath on the first floor is handicapped accessible, making this the sleeping room of choice for those who need to avoid stairs.
Both full baths have hair dryers.

THE LIVING AREAS
Most of the house still has the original heart pine flooring, lovingly restored and brought back to its full beauty. Showing the wear of a century of use, it is creaky in places and uneven in others, adding to the authentic charm only a "Grand Old Lady" can have.
The Foyer at the front door features the stairway with its red oriental runner. The Foyer opens to the central hallway and the front room. For house parties in good weather, guests can easily move to the front porch from here or to the dining room and then to the living room and back deck.

The Living Room features an antique fireplace, as well as an oversized couch and comfortable seating, 26" HD TV and DVD player
There also is a VCR and a small library of old movies, a poker table with cards and chips, a Yamaha organ, and games, puzzles and books.
Glass doors open to the large deck and Gazebo.
The Living Room also opens to the central hallway and to the den.
Also joining the Living Room is a second small foyer that opens to the handicapped accessible first floor bath with shower, as well as to the utility area (extra large capacity washer, dryer and utility sink) discreetly hidden behind louvered doors.
At the front of the house, the Dining Room has a bay window with a cushioned window seat. There is a drop-leaf table and chairs with seating for eight. The Dining Room has doorways to the central hallway and to the front wrap-around porch, again allowing for great traffic flow during parties and get-togethers.
Completing the first floor is the eat-in Kitchen, which opens to the house through the central hallway, and to the deck via a covered porch.
Furnished with a table and chairs, it is fully appointed with electric stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave and stocked with dishes, flatware, and glasses for eight as well as cookware, utensils baking dishes and kitchenware for light cooking.
Also included are a coffee maker, tea kettle, waffle iron, blender, and electric grill.

A SHADY, SPACIOUS BACK DECK
The large back deck, with house access to the living room and the kitchen, features the Gazebo with Adirondack chairs, a glider for two, and ceiling fan.
A vintage wrought iron table with cushioned chairs and an ample rail bench assure plenty of comfortable seating for all our guests!
The deck has a ramp to the driveway as well two steps to the side yard.
There is a covered porch over the kitchen door with another bench . For parties or gatherings, the hosts or catering staff have easy access to the kitchen as well as all guest areas.
