The Yellow House is a smoke-free environment. Smokers may use the porches or Gazebo, and are asked to please dispose of smoking refuse properly, keeping the Grounds litter free. The Yellow House is offered for a week or by the weekend, with a two night minimum. The rental agreement must be signed by a person at least 25 years old, and an adult in charge must stay in the house with younger people and teens. A credit card must be on file for all rentals.
Pampered, not spoiled
Canine Companions Welcome... We often travel with our beloved Shi Tzu, Obie, and appreciate how difficult it can be to find pet-friendly accommodations. Thank Obie that your canine pets are allowed with you in the House! We ask that your limit the number of dogs to two, and that your pet is clean. If paws become muddy, please wash them well before letting Fido in! We will leave a supply of old towels by the back door and at the utility sink to help you in your efforts. Please bring only well-mannered pets, and do not leave them unattended, as you will be responsible for any damage they cause. The beautiful park across the street has a wonderful walking trail, great for walking your dog, and even has work-out stations for you! Please be considerate of our other guests and pick up you pet's elimination from our grounds or the park, and dispose of properly in outdoor receptacles.
