LODGING PRICES
The Yellow House Landrum, unless specified otherwise under Event Pricing, is rented like a beach house or a ski villa.
Lodging prices are for the whole house, not per room!
By the Night: $235 per night, (two night minimum)
By the Week: $1300/week Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday, but other arrangements can be made depending on availability.
Daily rate from day 8 thru 14, $170/day.
Two weeks stay, $2500.00; daily rate from day 15 thru 21, $165/day.
Three weeks stay, $3400.00; daily rate from day 22 thru 28, $155/day.
Four weeks stay, $4000.00
Stays beyond 4 weeks will be calculated at $150/day.
Weekly cleaning and linen change fee of $150 applies. PAYMENT POLICY Deposit: By VISA or MASTERCARD, One-half of the reservation is charged to your credit card at time of booking, and the balance is applied to the card at time of check-in. Cash is accepted, but a credit card must be on file for damages. We do not accept checks. A rental agreement will be sent for you to complete and return.
Your reservation is complete when we have a completed rental agreement and a credit card on file. The deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made fourteen days prior to reservation, with a $25 cancellation fee.
All prices subject to 7% tax and cleaning fee - $80 for weekend, $150 for week
Check-in, Check-out Check-in time is 4:00 PM , check-out time is 11:00AM We are happy to be flexible, and other arrangements may be made in advance We accept Visa and Mastercard

At Thanksgiving, Check in on Tuesday, and out on Sunday, OR check in on Wednesday, and out on Monday.
